Best path to go from San Francisco to Brisbane city in California?

Hello All! I am trying to find a best path to go from home to work. It's a 12 miles ride. I live in North Beach district at Columbus Avenue & Filbert Street. I bike to work from Columbus Ave. > Stockton St. > Forth St. > Third St. > Bayshore Blvd. > Valley Dr. > West Hill Dr. What concern the is the bad neighborhood on Third St. (Hunters Point). Does anyone of you have a better route or ideas to you share with? I appreciate you help!

I live in the east bay and do not know the area. But have you tried:

511.org bicycle mapper

East Bay Bicycle coalition (west of the bay map)

Thanks for the links! It is indeed useful. However, it does not suggest where the good & bad neighborhoods are.

I have yet to see any resource that has that level of detail. The best solution would be to plan a route and either drive or ride it on a weekend.

Third street starts becoming iffy around the sewage treatment plant but it's mostly industrial between china basin and the sewage treatment so you can take third to ceasar chavez to bayshore. You'll need to take some side streets or ride on the sidewalk cause the intersection of bayshore and chavez is not bike friendly. The other option is to take potereo to bayshore.
