Seat post for 1987 Trek 850 Antelope

Does anyone know what diameter seat post a 1987 Trek 850 mountain bike requires? A source for same, and/or a seat post binder bolt for the same bike would be much appreciated!

I foolishly bought a frame today and would like to get these on the way so I can get it by the time the frame arrives.

Thanks!

i don't, but you could safely measure the inside diameter of the seat tube across the top of the opening and get your circumference.

I sure can, once the frame gets here. I was being impatient and hoping to get these parts sooner.

Yes, I spent a lot of time in the 1987 brochure and searching online. I guess I will just have to wait. Thanks!

I've got an 88 trek 830, labeled with tange mtb tubing, with rear u-brakes. Grey and teal paint scheme. No idea if it is a match with an '87 850, but the seat post is 26.4 in cases that is helpful.

I have an 1994 Trek 820 I just fixed up. Was "made in USA" with crmo tubing. Also 26.4.
