Several people have mentioned interest in these things...this is REAL pricey but if it's your grail bike. The guy has had it for a while and started advertising it at $1500. I'm on vacation in FL all week but would facilitate when I get home if it's still around and someone wants it.

This Centurion LeMans RS frame is a prime candidate for your first homemade road bicycle, or a converted single speed. The 21" frame is made from Tange 2 tubing, and is fairly light. The fork is made from Tange Mangaloy 2001 - no cheap Hi-Ten steel here. The frame has braze-ons for down-tube shifters, and a set of rear eyelets. The headset turns readily, and the bottom bracket is in good shape. There are minor scuffs and marks on the frame, but they're just marks of character. There is no structural damage. The price of this frame is relatively firm - unless you can offer an interesting trade.

21” 1984? Trek 520 Sport Touring Bike. (vintage-trek.com) Serial number 127579. Bought used by me, history unknown. This has been sitting idle for awhile, and will need a tuneup and new rubber hoods & grips. Front tube is flat. I have not cleaned it. Center bottom bracket to top of top tube 21”. Wheelbase 41”. 27” wheels. Reynolds 501 Cromalloy-M tubing. Look pedals. Sakae CR 170mm 28 - 45 - 50. Shimano Deore XT rear, Suntour Cyclone M II front. Shimano 105 shifters. Pink Avocet bottle cages. Basic dia compe (braze on) cantilever brakes. 2 different wheels, Wolber Gentleman rim/Mallard Hub rear & stock Matrix Safari rim front. Normal wear/scuffs/dirt for a 26 year old bike. No visible frame dings. Seatpost is scraped up pretty good.
$140 firm. Local pickup only. E. 7th and Sherman in Spokane Washington.

Shogun 500, recently serviced and tuned, new Shimano sprocket set, derailer, all new housings and cables, new chain, spare tube, removable seat post mounted back rack and rear light, tires have 200 miles on them, recently rode Trek Across Maine 180 miles on bike, got alot of compliments on this top notch classic! All work done recently, have reciepts under warranty at Back Bay Bicycles.
