i know there's plenty of companies that make carbon 650 forks. i don't know any 1" threaded ones specifically, but they're probably out there too. new ones are typically in the $200 range.

glad to help. having recently purchased this very fork, i'll say that it's threading may not go down far enough if your headtube's super short. i had a shop cut the steerer and then cut threads further down for something like 15 bucks.
