Just going to jump in here...if you really like the shape of the anatomica, but found it too saggy, this one's for you. These saddles are awesome, and the owner is fantastic and stands by her work.

There's some similarity to Giles Berthoud saddles, with the plastic cantle and nose piece.

I'm curious about the amount of setback possible with this Independence. It looks noticeably farther back than a B-17 or my Gilles Berthoud Aravis.
What's the measurement from the back of the saddle to the forward-most part of the adjustable portion of rails (the front edge of a seatpost clamp when as far forward as possible)?
