Help ID'ing OEM Modolo brakes?

Does anyone recognize which brakeset these brakes are from? It's from a 1988 Bianchi, for what it's worth.

Didn't see that model on this page, but the Modolo content blew me away!

Including the adjuster in the picture might help.

I recently found a spec sheet for 1988 Bianchis (doesn't say the year on the picture, but I'm pretty sure). Looks like the only model with Modolo brakes was the Campione D'italia, which was equipped the Modolo Quattro.

It is a 88 Campione d' Italia, but it's a Canadian model which was apparently built up with different components than the US models. It originally had Campy instead of Suntour. The few pics I'm finding of Modolo Quattro show calipers with a rather different shape.

Do you have a scan handy? It'd be nice to have for my own archive.
