Trek 7.1 FX tire options

hi .. i m new to this forum

i have a trek 7.1 fx which i bought 4 months back and done around 1500 km on it till now. goal is to participate in a brevet in the next 3-4 months.
my rear tire gave way and there was a metal plate in it last night. so i have to replace it. the local dealers dont have a bontrager 700x35c.
so after some discussions on going for a 700x28c for both tires i ended up buying a innova 700x35c. [https://www.innovatires.com/tire_serch.php?xPA=IA-2401]

is that a good brand interms of durability?

any inputs welcome. thanks.

pretty low cost one.Rs. 750 in India .. must be $15.
i need suggestions for better ones. can you help me with some suggestions? This one was a 700X35c.
will a 700X28c fit in my trek 7.1 fx? will i have to change the tubes if i go for a lower size tire?
