Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Please reccomend good Polar comp

Looking for a Polar comp that includes HRM, Cadence and the other usual functions. Was told there is one that is very good for about $175, not sure which model though.

Thanks

Garmin 305, available on Ebay with HRM and cadence for $150.

Everything the Polar will do, plus altimeter and GPS

^ and will be over $300 with a cadence sensor, and still doesn't have GPS.

I would think that Polar has to be worried by Garmin, given the prices they charge for non GPS enabled devices.
