Although I don't post much, I visit LCF often and it means a lot to me. Today being the day it is, I'd like to express my gratitude and appreciation for folks such as, but not limited to, Artkansas, Gerv, and Roody, who have contributed so much to it, especially as active initiators of threads, which after all are what the forum is made of. Nice job, folks!

Thanks for the post. Thanks also to all those who contribute here.
What's interesting in this community is that it's one of the few on the Internet that envisions life without automobiles... Many, many Internet transportation and ecology communities still adhere to the notion of cities propelled by internal combustion engines. Kind of a sad lack of vision.
Hopefully we can continue to generate ideas and enthusiasm here...

That's very nice. I was thinking about things I'm grateful for, and LCF was on the list. People here agree with me or disagree, but at least they know where I'm coming from. That's very nice!
