When I was in AF training people couldn't pronounce my first name Osvaldo, so one guy decided to call me by my initials O.O. Double O, and I ran with it every where I went. I've been flying a B-757/767 for over 16 years, so, when put together Double0757, nobody has that name in all the forums I belong to. To this day I'm known by Double O in all my social and work circles.

Mine is self-explanatory. Money spent on cycling comes after every other bill and person is taken care of. Looking at moving within 2 miles of work then I will become car free.

I have selected chemistry for my day to day existence. But I could easily be happy being a math or physics teacher.

I started using mine on this forum to reflect what commuting by bicycle means to me. One of my favorite movies is The Big Lebowski. There are quite a few followers of this movie that have developed a lifestyle call Dudeism. One of the tenets of the lifestyle is “tanken-er easy.” So, to me escaping the rat race of commuting by motorized vehicle lends oneself to tanken-er-easy.

When I was 10 years old in 1963, my family and I moved from Boston to California. We picked up Route 66 in Chicago and took it all the way to its end in Santa Monica. As they say in the song: "more than 2000 miles all the way." Taking that drive was one of the fondest memories of my life.
