You can probably glue a tube patch to the inside of the casing. It should hold if the cut isn't too big.

HillRider's solution will probably work for you. Hutchinson also sells patch kits that are specially designed for tubeless tires. Having said that, I don't have personal experience with them and don't know if they're really that different, or any different, from the traditional patches we've all used for years.

For motorcycle tubeless tyres there is a thing called "cold patching" (not sure whether it's exactly called that in English, sorry). A thing like a small mushroom is glued from the inside of the tyre, so it's base sticks through the puncture, while the wide part is left on the inside and glued. It is a very safe and permanent way to fix a tubeless tyre. Not sure if there is a smaller version for bicycle tyres.

Have to get the inside of your tire clean enough to have any glue bond,
with a tire sealant compound that may be difficult to remove, completely..
You can always take the valve out of the rim and revert to using an inner-tube, of course.

I have 5 patches on my tubeless mtb tires. Just the normal inner tube patch.
Clean area well with isopropyl alcohol first, roughen with the sandpaper, glue, let dry, add patch then clamp it.

Yes, no problem, but you really *must* clean the inside of the tire first. Do not use sandpaper. Clean it with acetone or similar, and be sure to use a real Rema patch kit. You may or may not have success with generic patch kits, but you're pretty much guaranteed to have success with Rema.
Be sure to let the fluid fully dry before putting the patch on, just as when patching a tube.

I had road tubeless for a year or so. It's a good idea to carry tubes when you ride. If you have a flat, just put a tube in until you get home and can repair the tire. Sealants, such as Vittoria Pitt Stop are also good if the hole is not too large.
