...Waterford was using Columbus tubing in those years. I'm uncertain which, SL or SLX, but my guess for a larger frame like this would be SL. It has no tubing sticker on the frame.
I measure c-c, so 24" c-c is probably gonna come out to about a 62, if you measure c-t. I can double check for you later, if I can find my metric tape.

My late 80s Paramount is 62 cm and subjectively I think it rides like a slightly bigger bike. It is probably the smallest frame by measurement that I ride regularly, but very comfortable when set up right. If I did not already have the late 80s Paramount I would have bought this.

I would strongly consider it at that price..... It's my size. I already have a PDG Paramount and it is my favorite ride. But I've sworn off N+1 unless it's something I really want and it falls into my lap. Do you have any plans for a trip to the Yucatan Peninsula?

...I think it's probably OK where you are living. But driving, I would have to go through Juarez. And if I wanted to go by water, it would involve a trip through the Panama canal. I'll let you know if my plans change, though. It's too bad, because I used to enjoy the border cities like Juarez. Paramounts from Waterford are underrated, IMO. They just don't get the same publicity as Cinelli. And I have ridden both.
