Hello everyone!
Just wanted to say 'hey' and give a little info. My name's Paul, though I go by Night Tiger (long story) and I'm in Chicago these days. I mainly ride '70s and '80s road bikes. The stable is ever-changing but my main rides are a mid '80s Cilo (58cm c-to-c) with a Shimano 600 gruppo and a '74 Motobecane Le Champion that was redone by CyclArt (57cm c-to-c) in competition orange with a mix of Campy, Stronglight and Universal brakes. I have a thing for old Euro bikes, so there are 3 Viscounts with the "quick-release" fork, a Lambert with the same, and a '72 UO-8 in the stable right now, among a few others. You can see some of my current and sold rides on velospace under the username "night tiger".
The weather has picked up, probably for the last time this year, and I'm hoping to get in a few miles this weekend -70s in October is rare! Always looking for decent vintage parts to complete my projects - bars, stems, saddles, etc., so drop me a line if you ever want to trade or are looking for something from the period. I usually have something lying around.
Anyway, glad to be a part of the community and hope to contribute what little I may know.

Welcome Paul. The weather is going to be great this weekend -- I'm heading out momentarily for a quick road ride, then doing some bike trails with my bro.

Thanks! It's actually velospace.org, cool site for visually researching makes and models, though you see a lot of nice road bikes stripped down there for fixies.
