I beg to differ in that RI has the worst drivers in the country. Oh, and the worst roads to go along with that as well. I'm going to need to get a full suspension road bike or something soon as I swear they tried to repave the roads around here about 20 years ago with landmines.

I would say VA is up there, but were just full of old people and by the time they get out to the car the Alzheimer kicks in and they forgot why they went outside so they go back inside to watch Wheel of Fortune.
