I enjoyed the last one, although I didn't make it there until late. We should make BF-specific name tags or something so we'll "recognize" each other this time around.

I'll be there, and wearing a Reynolds 531 t-shirt and my blue Vicini zippered cardigan. It's basically turned into my bike show uniform
Look forward to seeing folks...

Man I loved this show and enjoyed the last couple of years I went. Last year though it seemed like it shrunk down and just filled the one hall instead of three like the year before. Have fun folks and stay warm!

I'll be there! I can't wait! I make sure I'm off of work for this every year. I don't usually end up taking That much home from it, but it's still always a good time and I do always find at least a few good deals. And I've met a few C&Vers there the past couple years which is always fun. If anyone happens to notice a guy in the shoes that have individual toes, that's me. Feel free to say hello.

I'll be the girl wearing a Fuji/Shimano mechanic shirt. I suppose posting in this thread makes more sense than the Chicago one, anyone interested in meeting up for lunch? Iab suggested here, which sounds good to me. Maybe we could have a ride there and back too.

There's supposed to be 40 more vendors than last year, so that's a good sign.
I'll have a table with parts and some Paramount, Peugeot, and French Reynolds 531 shirts for sale... I'll be wearing a blue Vicini long sleeve warm-up cardigan, and one of the t-shirts....
Stop by and say hello!

I'm driving up this PM with Bibliobob, and will be prowling the hall wearing a 531 T-shirt (a nice gift from a BFer who had a spare a couple of years ago).

I'll be the guy in the tie dye shirt, with dreadlocks. You'll be able to recognize me by the scent of patchouli and weed.

Is that what the kids in Madison do these days?
I thought there's a general progression- good high school student-> prodigious drinking freshman-> Bob Marley Jr. -> graduation ->swinging corporate raider.
I thought the trust fund kids all go to the Ivy League...

It's on my birthday! I wish I could go. I've never been to Wisconsin, and I'd love to see Madison. I hear so many good things about it.

Wish my cycling finances weren't askew at the moment...
Bibliobob, I'd be honored to wear one of your J.Taylor shirts in XL when they come available.
Have yourselves a lucky swap down there!

Hahaha. Hey, now, those upper-middle-class American kids have had a Tough life and have discovered what's really important. You just don't understand them and how they feel.
It's the only tolerable place to live in the Midwest! If we could move it somewhere with decent weather it would be great.
Quick shameless comment. Mod delete if you need to, no problem - Does anyone want to buy a full butted 531 Ellis-Briggs frame with a Slightly tweaked fork that Frank said would be $50-60 to make perfectly straight again? I've had this thing hanging in my spare room for 2yrs now and I'd rather get it to one of you at the swap meet who would get it straightened out and make her nice rather than some "fixie" hipster kid who will just cut the derailer mount and toss the fork and throw a straight blade AL fork on it or something if I put in on the Madison CL. It's got a decent original BB and headset that both need a repack. Paint is nice for a vintage bike, but does have a decent sized mark where the paint is rubbed off from someones shoe or something on the right side chain stay. 100% rust free.
