Columbus Gamma?
I just bought a bike from the salvation army and the only distinguishable feature is a frame sticker that identifies it as Columbus Gamma. I did a forum search, but came up with nothing for Columbus Gamma. I searched eBay and found nothing. I searched Google and found nothing. I was wondering if anyone could tell me where this particular type of steel ranks in Columbus' history. The componentry was a mix of Sugino and Suntour, with a 105 RD.

Hey there,
I suppose this is so far past that you might not even have the bike any longer, but I am tuning a friend's Motobecane Jubilee Sport and it has a Columbus Gamma sticker on it. The frame is lugless (perhaps internal?), with fastback stays and has internal cable routing for the rear brake through the top tube and the fork is Vitus 888.
At any rate, seems quite nice. I'd date it to about 1983, but I can't find any info on the bike or tubing, either.
Cheers,
Paul
