Oh, I fully expect to be around for another 30-35 years. But I also drive like a middle-aged man so the marginal performance benefit of the CTR over the si is probably not worth the high cost. Kinda like getting a bike with Ultegra instead of Dura-Ace. Good enough is good enough.

Piano recital? Who's in the photo, and what was on the program for them?

Also, fancy Steinway! I purchased my first acoustic piano about 5 years ago, a cheapo 48" tall upright Hallet and Davis for about 3,500 USD. It's a piece of crap with poor pedal modulation, key action and it goes out of tune pretty quickly. But, you couldn't tell by looking at it, it's a nice piece of furniture, tall and stately for and upright.
Prior to that, I had rented a nice Kawai and owned various eletric/electronic pianos/keyboards. I have some Yamaha "P" model 66-key that is light, has weighted keys and gets the job done nicely when one of my buddies in my jazz group is hosting music night. Acoustic pianos - I like Kawais. There is a baby grand in my childhood home, and a couple others in the extended family.

Lilly is up an hour earlier than the last couple nights tonight, but probably because she took a massive crap that woke us up (<--- is that censored?). She seemed fairly calm through her change, and I think that she may be able to go this distance between now and her 7 AM feed if she gets a good feed in right now. I'm usually up 30-45 minutes before that getting mom's breakfast made so I can make a quick hand off at 7 and do my own thing since I work today.

You might ID it as below. Guess we're past the full moon, but it still looked very large and had an orange hue when I drove home a bit ago.

Orange is a popular color in Ariz even when it isn’t Halloween.

I've been taking Wednesdays as my only off day (from the bike) each week, to do my strength/weight routine. A little bit of everything - upper, core, legs. Just to stay healthy and strong overall. I introduced glute work a couple years ago when I was having some knee problems and it seemed to work wonders for my tracking and overall form on the bike.

I'm not sure how to interpret this question - but I meant off as in off the bike.
For work, I'm doing Tuesdays and Thursdays off on state PFL leave. Currently working 8-10 hours on M/W/F. I'm a salaried scientist.

When our kids were young, I would drop them at school. I always saw guys with shorts and ponytails, and wished I could have jobs like they had. Now I can wear shorts, but don't have the hair for a ponytail.
