If anyone has the Hetchins itch and has some cash laying around there is an attractive 58cm frame just listed on the 'bay. The UK seller tends to offer bikes and frames refurbed/painted by Woodrup, generally pretty nice. This one has evidence of previous pitting around the seat tube clamp and lug, but overall not bad. Given the current state of the vintage bike market it will be interesting to see what this goes for when the bidding is done, certain marques will probably always do well.

With some haggling this could be a reasonable purchase. These were made with nice tubing, comes with a dyno hub. Seller says room for 700x40mm tires apparently. What a time the 2010s were for neo-retro! $800.

To my eyes the chrome looks OK. I don’t believe it to be high end tubing but it does have chromed fork ends and stays in that oh so 70s Chartreuse. If it was near me I know I would not be able to resist for $10
