Shimano brake compatibility

Upgrading the mechanical discs to hydraulics - looking at GRX 810 shifter/levers combined with BR-M7120 calipers. But the current Shimano compatibility doc doesn't even show this combo.

Anyone tried these??

We have the GRX 810 Di2 shifters and our builder spec'd the TRP Slate T4 calipers instead of the Shimano BR RX810, I don't know why, but they work great.
