Schwalbe Marathon Supremes would be a great street tire on your bike, but they aren't the best on gravel roads or trails. The Big Ben's would do well on an 80/20 mix. For a 2 inch wide tire, they are surprisingly fast and handle gravel roads/trails no problem. I recently did a tour that involved gravel roads, rail trails, and asphalt roads and the tires did well on all surfaces.
