'88 Schwinn Traveler 650B Build (Just Back From Paint Shop)

OK, here it is all completed.

I didn't ride it yet, have to get it tuned up and everything dialed in. Maybe redo the bar tape and tweak the fender line a little bit.

~38mm or 42mm tire width? And do you know what the original max tire clearance was with 700c tires?

Regardless, impressive clearance!! This is a frame to remember when considering going down the same vein

Any chance of a straight-on picture from the side? It's a beauty.

They are 38mm width. Not much room for anything wider. I had these same wheels with 42mm tires on a LeTour and they just barely fit with about 1mm clearance. I don't know the clearance with 700c tires since I got this as a frame only with no parts except for the headset.

Yeah I'll take a pic straight on probably tomorrow.
