Frame Identification (No decals)

It is giving me the Surly, All-City, Salsa vibe, but I am not sure which make and model. 700c, cantilever, 1 1/8" threadless fork, Tange Seemless Chromoly Sticker, Horizontal dropouts.

The bottom bracket is stamped "Commuter 58" and "TIRDT.L3675".

unless you zoom way out you are not likely to get many guesses. QBP now mostly uses their own brand tubing so if it's one of those it might be old like y2k. If 58 is the size then it's likely a drop bar frame. Combination of sliding drops and threadless headset is pretty weird. Are those Shimano Hollowtech BB cups?

Could it be a Novara Randonee?

I would also guess as old as 2000, but I seem to remember lots of commuters and touring bikes having threaded headsets for a few years after 2000. I would guess originally a drop bar bicycle as it measures 58cm CTT / 55cm CTC seattube and 56cm CTC top tube.

It does have HT2 BB cups, but I have no idea if they are original or not. This bicycle came out of a scrap pile with a seized seat post.

I've been looking through decal photos and have yet to find one like that, green with the NASA font and sunburst but no mention of butted. The NASA font seems to put it late 90s

I found this:

"#FNFJB Frameset++ Pake Rum Runner size 49/50. Tange Cr-Mo tubing. Include barset, bb, seatpost & saddle Selle Royal Viper. "

With some hardly clever googling, I see they had a frame called "C'Mute" and I think that probably solves it.
