Hello from Texas!!
Hello there~
I'm Tribbles (not my real name, but a nickname), and obviously new here. I'm in Texas for college and have a beach cruiser bike as my only mode of transportation. I've been riding bikes since I was about 5 or 6, though there was a very long period of time when I didn't even have one. One day in my early high school days in the mists of COVID, I started thinking about college and how I would get around. I've never been one for driving and cars are expensive, so I started looking into beach cruiser bikes! I wanted a beach cruiser because they are very pretty and already have a rear rack. My mom bought me a new one, but it remained relatively unused for the rest of my high school career (mainly because I went to a live-in pre-college high school). Now I'm in college and use it Mon-Fri to get between classes, work, and home!

- I'm a cat person
- I love dogs and other critters too, but cats just hold a very special place in my heart <3
- I love reading (though college has made that a bit difficult to find time to do)
- Recommendations are always welcome!!
- I'm just a tad artistically inclined
- My primary instrument is the flute
- I draw both on paper and digitally
- I am a bit of a seamstress
- Also known to do the occasional craft

Glad your riding and a beach cruiser is a good choice for your needs.
Bikes can be N+1 so be careful as a single speed SS or fixed gear FG is also a great choice for a campus cruiser.
Lots of great trails in TX depending on where you are.
