I’d love a better mount for my Bontrager Ion for the Specialized Pave seatpost. The included rubber mount is on but something more shaped for the Pave would be ideal.
Any ideas?
Nevermind I found it https://www.shapeways.com/product/W4...li=marketplace

I have been working on some new Wahoo mounts, I was sent a mount for the BOLT version 2. So far I have just duplicated the mounting section itself, and completed work on this, as well as a left and right side TT extension bar mount.
It fits the Trek/Bontrager, BMC ICS and Ritchey Universal Stem Mounts. Because tolerances in printed versions are larger than injection molded parts, this has to be thickened 1 mm and the back end is not quite as sleek as the OEM BOLT mount.

I thought I would post this here as it is an interesting look at using the HP MultiJetFusion printer at Shapeways.

While I am still away from home, I thought I would post that I am now working on new revisions of my integrated saddle mounts that include a place to snap in an Apple AirTag. Will have a bunch of new stuff after October 1.

Posted a bunch (five actually, so far) Apple AirTag compatible mounts for the Garmin Varia or the Cycliq FLY6ce devices. It isn't simply an AirTag socket slapped on to the back of the existing versions of those mounts. It was redone from the 'ground up', but they still look essentially like the medium versions of the non-AirTag compatible versions. I am leaving all versions of them up on Shapeways. You can find the AirTag versions in the section labeled "AirTag Compatible".
This was a suggestion made by one of the people currently using one of my mount designs. I thought it was a great idea, and would be of general interest, so that is why I am adding that functionality. Likely later this fall season I will include Android owners in the fun by making Samsung Tile compatible versions of some of my mounts. Also planned are inserts for the bottom of Out Front Garmin mounts like the K-Edge so an AirTag could be socketed to the bottom side of the mount.
I tried searching the internet for any type of combination mounting solutions for devices and AirTags and could not find anything currently being produced. Yes, there are plenty of AirTag holders for bicycles and some are even available as STL files, but nothing as a combo. So I can say, with some confidence that I believe these are the first ones available.

Have been really busy playing with my new printer, but also got some time in to fulfill a few requests.
First, many thanks to Wahoo Fitness for having the foresight to place their mounts in a public repository. To 3D print them there is some modifications to their models but since I know what is printable it wasn't too hard to make those modifications. I took their aero BOLT mount and chopped off the handlebar mount and added a mount for Bontrager Blendr and BMC ICStem.
If you are using the ENVE mount I have two things for that too. The first one is an interface for Di2 that will mount onto the bottom of the ENVE mount. The second is a Wahoo Mount for the top of the ENVE mount.

jjay03 sorry, I don't share my digital source files. I don't know if Wahoo still publishes their mounts in public repositories, I had to build my Bolt V2 from scratch. Previous versions were released on GITHUB.com

Thanks for the reply.
Does anyone make a cover for the seat post adjustment channel on the 2021 Trek Domane?

Not that I am aware of. I know I don't and don't know anyone with a Domane personally where I can measure and test fit.

Give me a day to work something out. If you are talking about Varia / FLY6ce, https://shpws.me/PBQy

Thanks. I'm talking about Fly6 Gen3 on the left and Cygolite Hotshot/Hypershot on the right. Also, I use a Racktime Addit rack which may be somewhat limiting because the light mount is recessed between the rails. The light mount with lights would have to be < 100mm wide. Rack drawing here: https://www.racktime.com/fileadmin/u...dit_2.0_01.pdf

Both Fly6 generations (CE Gen2, Gen3) use the same 1/8-turn mount. The Gen3 is physically scaled down from the Gen2 (mount is the same though). The original Fly6 used a band mount.

Troul Maybe I am not understanding your ask, do you just want a spacer block that fills in the recessed area and extends 3/4" above the clip?

FLY6ce / Hotshot Addit rack mount.
@jdoff
Apparently Cygolite does not list dimensions in their specs so I am going by a guess here, What I have is 43 mm from the center of the rack mounting section to the far left side of the FLY6ce and 25 mm from that same point to the center of the Hotshot, I need to know if that is enough room to mount on the Addit rack. Also everything was kind of a guesstimate since there really aren't any good photos of the Addit installed on a bike (side view, rear view).

You have a QuikClip saddle bag and you want the corresponding female socket for it to clip into with a 1/4" hole in it?

That might take a while as I don't have anything to model it from. I would need a mount to measure to make sure the clip fits as I recall the sides have a taper to them.
