I don't know how it is in CA, but in MI, you can do way better than a 20-year old Schwinn for $105.

I think that is one of the better made Schwinn MTB's. It usually goes for $150 to $200 in my area (Chicago), depending on condition. So, $105 is a good deal.
Make sure it fits you. Good luck!

That is a much better bike than a Next or Magna you will get at Target or Wally's for a hundred bucks. If it fits, go for it.
I doubt that its CrMo, but $100 is about right for a used bike like that, especially since it doesn't look ridden a lot.

Looks cool. I'm in Sacramento also and that seems to be a fair price. I'd offer dude $80 and spend the difference on some slicks. Figure you'll want to lose those knobby tires if you're just cruising the hood.

I've seen this guy's ads before and I don't know why he doesn't use the "see my other sales" feature. A pre-meltdown Schwinn MTB with trigger shifters and name brand components... I think this is probably quite a solid bike, if it's not used up and it fits you. No telling without looking.
