Hi everybody...not a cycle guy but am becoming one....old(er) age, bum knees and out of shapeness has pushed me here....
Bought a cheap MTB from Canadian tire - 120.00! - to see if I'd do this but I'm getting up to about 12k -15 3X a week so far so it's looking like I might be a biker yet!
Looking for motivation, information and expertise!
