Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Does anyone here have a modern Peugeot road bike?

https://www.peugeotdesignlab.com/en/p...=produit&id=48

I am a huge Peugeot fan, as the ride is perfect for me and I am now a collector.
I have rode a lot of different bikes in my 50yrs, but for me, no bike is as comfortable, responsive etc. as the Peugeot (The French threading is not an issue for me working on my vintage machines).

The 1st Peugeot Bicyclette was made in 1882 and they have won 10 TDF.( more than any other..who cares...lol)

So what, (as it goes) Ride what makes you happy, ( Peugeot makes me happy, especially my 1972 PX-10 and my 1984 Canyon Express MTB).

I have heard that unless you have a connection in France you can only get one through a Peugeot dealer.

What happened to my beloved Peugeot in 2014?

Thanks all...

(perhaps this should be in the C&V forum, moderators)
