What kind of tubes do I need for H2 Comp?
I'm illiterate to specs sometimes. I got H2 Comp Hybrid Tires. They are 700 x 35 Bontrager. But when I try to order tubes, there's so many different nuances to the sizes. Just don't want to order the wrong one.

You sound new. Get butyl rubber tubes. Make sure the valve type is the same. Also get a patch kit, tires levers and a pump.

IME, cheap tubes are just that. A quality tube is more up front cost, but well worth it. For butyl, the usual tube material, I prefer Continental and Vittoria. but I use latex tubes mostly. For those I have Vittoria and Challenge. You need to get tubes that are labeled as 700C and with width of from 32-38mm. Rema patch kits, IMO, are the best for repairing punctures.

Tubes usually will have the range of tire sizes they fit marked on them. Different brands do it in different ways. Some more confusing than others. And 700C rims are very close to the same diameter as 27" rims, 622mm vs 630mm. So some of those boxes are real confusing with how they show you the information.
Knowing the ISO size of your tire frequently helps. https://www.sheldonbrown.com/tire-sizing.html
Then sometimes you can make better sense of the info on the tubes package. Sometimes a tire width is at the end of one size range and the beginning of another size range. They'll both fit. I'd pick the larger size range, unless for some unusual circumstance such as internal width or internal profile of my rim made it seem too big.
Do get what type valve stem your rim was made for. Usually presta or Schrader. If your rim has a profile to it for making it aero, then know what length stem you need. Nothing really wrong with getting them too long. It just looks odd.
