Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

3 road bikes
2 mountain bikes
1 track bike
1 bmx race bike
1 touring/rain/shopping/anything bike

so 8 that work, that are mine. I might sell some of them, as if I need that much sitting around.

wife has 2 bikes and each child has 1

so 12 rideable bikes in the household.

enough frames and parts for a few more.

So which do you want to know ... how many I personally own, or how many are in the "household"? And how do you define "household"?

I personally own 7 bicycles ... depending on how you define "household, that number doubles or more.

Hi,

This question / poll gets posted every nine months or so. Use the search function.

Of course, I MAY list what's in my garage later.
