Someone mentioned about looking for a Fuji Club from 84 to 86. For some reason, which I don't understand, but the 84 is worth more than the 86 even though the 86 comes with the better Suntour Cyclone instead of the 84's junky Suntour ARX

Looks like a re-badged Motobecane.
The Dynamax Concord (re-badged Grand Record) has the same style decals on the down tube - with different text.
Check for numbers on the dropout faces; on the nicer Motobecanes there is a model code as well as a serial.
That much chrome means it could be a nicer one.
Except for the bent fork...run your finger under the down and top tubes behind that head lug.
