Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Advice on Bottom Bracket & Crankset Swap for Older Specialized Roubaix Pro

I normally ride 56cm with 175mm cranks, however, my Specialized Roubaix Pro (w/Dura Ace) is 54cm and came with 172.5 FSA K-Force Carbon Fiber crankset. It uses Mega-Exo bottom bracket.

It's a very quick and nimble bike with this setup, but I want to swap it all out for 175s. Since the Mega Exo BB is kind-of obscure, I'd like to swap in a more popular Shimano based BB & crankset.

Any advice on this is greatly appreciated!
