I think it's a Master but they've been producing that model name for decades. Your pic shows a quill stem so that might be a clue of the age.

Of course mt one and only custom would be my favorite to look at and ride. The Clockwork still makes me smile when I roll it out of the garage.

it is a nice photo. interesting the way the brick leveling the bike under the front tire means the immediate background around the tire is out of focus. not what you usually see.

I never tire of staring at my Somec painted by airbrush maestro Mario Martini, its bright colors always make me smile and think of summer, even during the greyest UK winter days, and there's so much going on its like an intense 2 wheeled LSD trip.
