Updates to Bianchi Volpe



I bought this 1996 Volpe recently for my wife. She’s coming from a flat bar hybrid bike, and wanted this bike to be a little bit more upright. I think these Surly Truck Stop Drop bars have solved that. So far she is loving it!

That's great! Those are versatile bikes. I haven't tried those bar before but they look interesting.

An alternative to the external cable brifters, which causes interference with handlebar bags, is hidden cable brifters. The Claris ST-R2030 is the hidden cable brifter for 3X8 and 2X8. It's fully compatible with the old 7-10speed derailleurs.
