Kennerdell and Rockland tunnels on the Allegheny River trail

Kennerdell tunnel is around 2/3 mile in length - Rockland tunnel is around 1/2 mile length (both tunnels include a curve)

can see the fog near the entrance of the Kennerdell tunnel (3rd pic from top) because the temp inside the tunnel is so much cooler than the air outside the tunnel

Not cycling today, but I got the cable car to the top of the mountain for some pics of Seceda in the Dolomites.

some shots from the LVRT (Lebanon Valley Rail Trail)

Root Beer barrel was not open (only open weekends ?) - but found ice cream in two spots (near Colebrook trailhead - pictured - and at MT Gretna via Mt Gretna spur)

some great roads and routes in this area for road riding - saw a number of bikes on the roads

Saw a few groups but not as many as I expected for a Saturday. Maybe they were afraid of the heat. Also, car traffic was light in the hills.

your first pics were part of a Rick Steves feature on the Alps (all different countries) and the Dolomites. Simple breathtaking
