Miche Cassettes Experience?
I'm stockpiling a few 10-speed road cassettes and it's difficult to find anything that doesn't begin with an 11T cog. My old favorite, Shimano's 12x27, is out of production and 12x30 is rare. I stumbled across a Miche 13x30 at ProBikeKit and ordered it but i've no experience with their cassettes so this will be a first. Now that it's too late, do any of you have any experience, good or bad, with these?

I have a both a 9 and 10 speed Miche Primato cassette. I have had no problem with the 9 speed. The ten speed I purchased, 13-30 Shimano compatible, had an issue with the 30T cog not being Shimano compatible, only the 30 T. I purchased them from ProBikeKit. They wanted me to ship the entire cassette assembly to them to have the warranty department determine if the problem was covered. That meant I had to pay for the return shipping up front, and if the warranty claim was accepted, a new cassette would be shipped at their cost and a refund issued for the return postage of the warrantied one.
I really did not want to go through all that. I found a 30T cog at Harris Cyclery for $12, but the shipping tacked on another $8. The cassette shifts fine, looks to be pretty durable. I want to purchase another one but I would need assurance from PBK that the same issue will not be repeated.

Thanks for the heads up and I'll look for that problem when I get it.

I have been using a 12-29 Miche Primato 10 speed Campagnolo compatible cassette for a couple of years with no problems. Shifting is spot on with my Chorus shifters and derailleurs. I bought it because it was less than half the price of a Campagnolo cassette. I would buy another one in a heartbeat

I've been riding a Miche 12-23 10 speed cassette with a Shimano 105 Shifters/Derailleur set up. I can't tell any difference between it and my Shimano 12-23 cassettes.
