1. Fixing the Dynohub on my '51 Raleigh Clubman -- unfortunately, the plastic piece with the terminals on it cracked, and one terminal came off. I've got a later-'50s Dynohub for parts -- not sure it will swap, what with the adjustable cone on the other side and all.
2. I've got a '70s Raleigh Superbe that needs a little bit of attention to be saleable. Thinking of swapping the dinged-up steel rims for Sun CR18s I've already got -- my first wheelbuild. Might just replace a couple of spokes and call it a day, though.
3. Then, I'll be building the commuter I've wanted for years: looking for a nice relaxed-geometry Japanese or Euro road frame from the '70s or '80s (around 58cm); I've got a Sturmey Archer S5 five-speed hub that I want to lace to a 27" alloy rim. Add a generator front wheel (currently on my Peugeot), single-speed crankset and Hebie Chainglider, flipped moustache bars, B&M lights, and lightweight fenders, and I think I'll have something better than the Superbe.

Currently finishing up a Peugeot Nice'. Planning to do an overhaul on bike for a friends neighbor in time for the Milwaukee Swap........haven't really decided which bike yet. Possible choices.....Miyata 110, Schwinn Prelude, Ironman Master, Trek 600. I also have a Trek 1400 Id like to build from the parts bin and a Miyata Street Runner for a drop bar conversion.
I spent last winter getting all the parts together for the Zeus Gran Sport. Still need to do a color match, strip and paint. Then see if I can get my daughter to do custom lettering and detailing.

finishing up the last winter project is my winter project. being chased by busy at work, i ended up building none this year. bit of cleaning up by selling and giving away some parts and buying one frameset—Bianchi RC EL OS—was all o' my bike related performance in 2014.

It will be pretty once you refinish it.
I loved the various Zullos I owned over the years.
Great riders and some interesting details here and there.

I am going to build a winter bike probably from a vintage Trek that will allow larger tires. Maybe a 500. Since it may never rain again here in SoCal fenders won't be needed. I really do hope for some good rain storms this winter.
I will also build some light wheels that will look good on my Serotta. Shiny hubs and silver spokes. I stole the 10 speed group from my 3Rensho so it will get an appropriate period group. Maybe Superbee.

Just about finished with the Kvale.
All Record 8 speed. Should be a fantastic rider.

After the Kvale, I am building up my Della Santa. I am taking it to visit my folks in Austin, Texas in February if anyone would like to meet for rides.
Mostly 10 speed Chorus with a little Veloce thrown in. A long cage rear derailleur will let me get some hill friendly gearing in there for these old legs.

Just picked up a Cannondale aluminum frame with enough stuff (Shimano 105 group) to be semi complete, for $100 from a local Craigslist seller. The seat tube, saddle, drop bar, and stem as well as frame, fork and headset, are definitely useable. The Shimano 105 Rear derailleur and shifters are as well as are the brake calipers. The jury is out on whether or not the BB is useable, as well as the front derailleur. The wheels may or may not be salvageable, but I'm guessing not, except for one of the tires (a Vittoria Zaffiro 700-23). It definiitely needs a chain, a freewheel and all cables

I'm still looking for inspiration. I have a Nuvinci hub that has yet to find its way on to a bike. It might make a nice hybrid and I don't have one of those...
One of the Humber Sports needs a set of CR-18s, and a more period correct rear hub (someone swapped a 70s AW on to it).
Thinking of reproducing some Chater Lea chainrings. I have yet to see one that isn't worn to nubs. Maybe its time for new ones.

Clean my bike (It's even dirtier, now).
I'd like to make progress on Dad's bike
but I'm really struggling as, after its repairs, its a bit of a mongrel. The party in whom I have the most trust (he'd do the finishing work) says "Don't do it over, save the patina." At the very least I have leather to replace the grips. One of the things I would really like is to at least get it back, as much as possible, to its 1938 original livery. Dan believes that there will be a 'shadow' under the current 'Schwinn Paramount' decals, but as the bike really wasn't out in the light much since that repair was done, I'm hoping maybe not.

These all need a thorough cleaning and lubing. The way things are going I'll be lucky to find time to get these three projects done this winter:

Building up a frame or two. I have a few complete groupsets that are just waiting to be used. All I need to do is to find a couple frames. Hopefully Italian.

I've got some Columbus SL tubes to start on building my second frame. I also have my C'Dale H400 gravel project to finish up. It's 90% done.

Need to put a new BB in the Ciocc and get the rear wheel rebuilt, along with the usual 3000 mile stuff.
Need to get the Battaglin back on the road with some gearing I can use for hills.
And I've got enough junk in my parts drawers to build one of these:

first, convert my DeRosa from Veloce (back) to CDA. next, build up a Rossin RLX with the then available Veloce, and if there is still some winter left, take a shot at the Merckx frame in the corner. previous owner repainted it - nice job but just all wrong - so it needs a re-think on paint and i have an Athena 11 group looking for a frame. the Merckx might be next winter's project.

I'm still slowly working on finishing up my VO Pass Hunter that I bought in February. Hoping to have it completely done by spring. It's ride-able now, but I don't want to until I have it completed and take pictures. I still have a random assortment of non-matching spacers on it and other similar issues.
My tasks to do:
-Replace headset spacers with new ones (being shipped now)
-Replace cap with Stem Captain clock (Have in possession, waiting for spacers. Not going to use a computer on this bike)
-Find a good rando bag that is classical looking but modern too (sooo spendy)
-Figure out what saddle bag I want to use
-Install front light (in mail from Germany)
-Replace front wheel with my new Sanyo hub (may just get another tire and keep old wheel setup for when I know I won't be riding at night)
-Replace handlebar wrap (had bike shop do it, but don't like the color on it at all now that its on bike)
-Consider if I want to replace saddle or not (put my black Brooks Imperial on it...but considering if I want to go with their new saddle and tan handlebar wraps)
-Replace bottle cages (ordered online....silver is a painted on silver color, want stainless)
-Find a couple water bottles (considering classic steel ones)
-And on and on and on....so many things I could do.

I have a first cousin, born the same day, 3 hours later, in the same hospital.
She says we're twin cousins, and we've always had a good wavelength.
She ran her first marathon this year, and is now thinking half-Ironman.
Somewhat naturally, she looked this way for a bike. I wanted her to have classic, but feel modern.
sloar came through with the right year/make/model, and almost everything on it will be from BF.

The "After" pic is a couple of weeks out.....
