The new one lined ?, One I got last year was just black Nylon Canvas..

[ unfortunately top edge seam is showing a sewing error, got ductape treatment.]

there is a divider but there was none back of that but the fabric ,
so I cut a piece of Coroplast to shove in there, to stuff things in between..

Yeah, the new one, with yellow lining for easier finding of stuff. One huge compartment with a little zipped pocket inside, and very useful mesh pockets round the outside, and a bottle pocket (also suitable for coffee mugs!) and another pocket (currently with my waterproofs in it) on the back.

I assume you've seen the Carradice Carradry City Folder? 25 litres, so right between the O bag and the T bag in size, fully waterproof, and at a much less eyewatering price (just more than 1/3rd of the Ortlieb price over here, and still less than half if you factor in a Brompton carrier frame). I want a Camper because I want one, but frankly, a fully waterproof big commute bag might be a better bet. I do like the Cotton Duck version for looks, but I'm not sure I'd trust my Ipod and laptop to it in a monsoon.

I can tell you from experience (3 months touring in European springtime) that Cotton Duck IS waterproof enough.

And if push comes to shove you can put your electronics in a thin dry bag.
