I guess I could go look at it and tap the powdered tubes with a wrench, and see if they chip? Powder coat baking surely would have burned off the lug paint, so it's certainly badly masked paint. That was one those bikes where I emailed the seller and told them I'd have happily given them $100 more if it had been left alone. For jebus sake, if you don't like celeste green, sell the bike and get something else.,,,,BD

I was referring to the steerer tube diameter, sorry for the confusion. They would be 22.2 and 25.4 quill stems and 22.2mm = .874" so the smaller one would fit no problem.

Yup, definitely ESL.

I've never seen an all white Sirrus. 1989 Sirrus with 7-speed Uniglide cassette - last year for UG. It might be priced slightly high, depending on the condition of the components and the local market, but the frame appears to be in good shape. Not a bad bike really.

Which part, the seatpost setup, the handlebar (and brake lever) tape, or the listed size as 15" from center to top?

I could be wrong but as a non-gambling person, I would wager large sums of cash that those are not aluminum tubes either.

I'm getting dizzy just trying to figure out from that slanted picture whether that's a level top tube or not...

Seeing as how Specialized went straight from steel to carbon fiber in their road series, I won't bet against you...

And I'm all for supporting ESL posters, but come on, Google Translate could do a MUCH better job.

Thankfully he will never build another one like it. Lets hope that was a promise! I especially like the bit about it being from the "70's" with mid 80's 501 tubing.,,,,BD

For $6,500, I'd like some decent pictures. Might want to actually take the time to have the chain go over the sprockets instead of flopping loosely.

17k investment Time Rxrs Ulteam limited Ed 55cm clean

[h=2]17k investment Time Rxrs Ulteam limited Ed 55cm clean - $6500 (Orange county)[/h]

11/23 53/39 172.5 42cm(bars) 70.9cm bb to seat clamp

Bikes in tip top condition. All it needs is new bar tape and and it's ready to race.

Campagnolo super record 11 red titanium edition
(Specs as shown above)

Comes with selle italia carbon saddle(not shown in photo)

Limited edition time Rxrs Ulteam frame set(6500$) #136 /175

Enve 1.65 carbon tubulars(dt Swiss hubs currently shim/SRAM compatible) needs converter
Or campagnolo hyperon ultra

(Choose from any which)

I also have a rzr reynolds front wheel that you can run with the enve's for +1k otherwise I'm selling just the front wheel itself for 1400

show contact info for serious inquires I would consider selling just the frame set.

This weekend on CL there was an ad saying, "Two old bikes" for $100 because the seller was moving. One was a Fuji Palisade with the seat slammed down, the other a mountain bike. Today, a Fuji Palisade with the seat slammed down has been listed for $240. I can't say for sure it's the same one.
