Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Or you could come to Los Angeles, TM. It's going to be about 80 degrees tomorrow with low humidity. But you wouldn't get to ride on the "wrong" side of the road. ;-)

Have a great trip!

If it is anything like Chennai, there is no "right" side of the road.

Very cool. Are you doing this by yourself or is this part of an organized tour?

Just checking ... SL is on my list of places to visit/bike. Been looking at SpiceRoads.

Cheers.

Well guys after 100 days in sunny and humid Sri Lanka we head back to Ohio, USA this afternoon via a stop in Mumbai and Paris then into Detroit. My blood has really thinned out with temps close to 100 every single day and never dropping below about 78 at night. I was able to get some awesome riding in and without incident...Now it is time to come home and see what is new for 2018..
