Hello from Brooklyn NY

Hello folks,

I am 47 and feel that if I don't stay active my health with deteriorate.

I had started riding since Sep of 2019. I bought an entry level road bike mostly to commute to work (7.5 mile each way). I rode fall and winter of 2019 till I had a small accident and broke my jaw. Covid happened during the time I was recovering. I started gaining weight and felt useless for the year we had to work from home.

I realized I had to get back on the bike, but this time I bought a gravel bike in Nov 2020, and have been riding for about 10 months now. Commuting to work is also so much fun on this bike.

I am going to upgrade the components on my first bike so here I am. Hope to get tips from the experts on this forum.

Good Choice. Get the Largest Tires that will fit.
