Any idea what brand this frame is?
This one caught my eye but I can't tell what it is, probably '80s department store bike? I've been wanting to do a budget backup/rain/whatever casual bike, I think they're asking $30 for this one

Ah so it is a Raleigh; I can totally see it on the head badge and seat stay now; I could have asked the seller of course but it was one of those "bunch of bikes for sale come take a look" type ads and they're about 40 miles away, I think I'll probably snag this one if I can, it could be a fun super-budget refurb project..

I like the Raliegh Ameican MTB's from the 80's and 90's very good value bikes for bikes that most consider lesser bikes they had really nicely done frames with amazing paint a lot of there 30-40 old stuff still looks great. I think there underrated by a lot of buyers so you can often times find even there top end stuff for a hundred or so . I think this one would make a cruiser casual rider that you could build up fairly cheap should be decent buy if you can get it for $100-150.
