Free Mercian touring frame with minor damage just pay shipping.

Trying to make space. This is a great looking frame, but the seat clamps are toast. Cheap to repair the camps with a decent frame builder, lot more to get someone to paint it. Also dent in downtube.
Frame is in good order other than this two items (aside from a bit of surface rust).

Weird I can see the pictures fine in Mobile view? Anyway bikemore thinks it's a 53 or 54. I PMed about it but should probably take a pass, even though I bet that top tube is a 56cm. Just a touch too small for a decent tourer.

Those that can't see pictures are missing out, the lugwork is amazing. I'd have stripped and chromed it.
