Training suggestions
Did my first race of the year this morning.
Looks like I have either a crit or an XC race every weekend for the next six months. I've never followed a really structured program until this winter. It has paid off, but I'm curious as to any ideas on how to treat mid week training. Most of my mid week training this winter has been intervals, with a club ride on the weekends that I'm often less than fully recovered for.

Tuesday - short intervals
Wednesday - long ride
Thursday - long intervals
Friday - rest/easy spin
Saturday/Sunday - race
Make sure you are eating to recover

Thanks. First year racing such a frequent and regular schedule since the late 90s.
