Calibrate Cyclops Hammer with TrainerRoad?
Apologies if I'm posting to the wrong forum, but none of the others looked more appropriate.
Apparently there was a time when TrainerRoad did not calibrate Cyclops Hammer (the first model) accurately. 3 years ago, the suggestion was to calibrate this trainer using Rouvy. (I have downloaded the Rouvy app but not yet used it and would prefer to do it through TrainerRoad, which I have used, if possible.) Now in TrainerRoad support, it's listed as one of the supported trainers.
Anyone know? Thanks.

Moved here from Road.
If nobody knows how to do it here, I would ask TR support.

I have a CycleOps Hammer (1st Gen) and I used TrainerRoad to calibrate. Do it about once a week or so.
Also, I just moved my trainer across the room so I calibrated it using the Saris app first.
TR works fine.

Have you looked into a firmware update? This may solve your problem.
