Given that's a current model, have you asked Orbea or the place you bought the bike?
Google says its a Boost 12x148 rear axle, so the only thing to worry about is the thread pitch which you can measure from the old one.

What is the issue with the current one? That is the best place to start. If there is an issue it might be under warranty and you should either reach out to your local Orbea dealer or directly to Orbea. If you damaged it I would still reach out to Orbea and see what is possible because in the end it is a relatively new product and they might give you some help in getting a new one.
If you have lost it for the future always put the thru-axle right back in when removing the wheel each and every time no matter what. In the end though to get a new one try R.A.P. as Dino_Sore said. They make it quite easy to get new axles for various purposes.
