Unstamped Campagnolo hubs?
Is there such a thing? I just received a vintage track bike that I purchased that I was told had unstamped Campy hubs. They do look exactly like Campy hubs, but there is nothing stamped on them at all. Seems odd to me.

i have some without the "record" stamp, which i believe is normal for early 60's and before. never seen any without any stamping. have you tried opening them up? any markings on the locknuts (should be a date) or axle?

Nope, haven't opened them up yet. Just got the bike last night. I didn't notice a date on the locknuts or axle, but I didn't inspect too closely. I'll have a look.
