It looks like the width could be made narrower if I took off a pedal and that little wheel?

Carryon luggage max is 9” the kwiggle is almost 10”

I wanna shave off that one inch.

do you see ways to make it even smaller folded?

You can remove both pedals
luggage size 55 x 40 x 25 cm = Carryon luggage

25cm = 9.8” max carry on width is 9”. So one has to shave .8”
