Factory "full titanium" trifolds have appeared in Asia. This seven-speed is branded Leggero:

I am using the hollowtech crankset which the spindle length can accommodate this. The BB came with spacers which I am swapping out to put the tensioner.

Yes, I understood this but the crankset axle which in your case is I think part of the crankset must be 2.5mm longer.

Thank you ch99_lee And Jipe. I’m learning a lot about the idiosyncrasies of folding Brompton clones.

@ch99_lee, where did you get the frame and who was the vendor? The Aliexpress 11/11 Singles Day sale is coming up and I’m tempted to pick up a frame and wheels. Last year I was able to buy 406 20” wheels for my Zizzo folder on sale with free shipping to the US.

I bought the raw frame from local bike shop in SG.

I have built two full titanium Brompton clones 2 years ago, one for my wife and one for my father.

My father have ridden the bike regularly without issues, until the 3D printed tensioner finally gave in.

I have rebuilt my father's bike with front disc brake, metal tensioner, titanium seatpost and other heavy but sturdy components to make it as hassle free as possible.

On the other hand my wife have been too busy to ride the bike, and she actually preferred Moulton over her new one.

So I have put some exotic lightweight components to make the bike even lighter.
Look very nice and so light 👍🙏

how to get mix paint to get TITANIUM look color please?

hi there. i have seen a lot of TITANIUM COLOR bike frames out there, painted alloy frames, not actual titanium material frames.

for exaample the FNHON GUST and STORM models of folding bikes, they come in this awesome TITANIUM COLOR.

does anyone know what colors (varnish) to mix to get this look?

i have looked everywhere on the net and youtube and cant seem to find a tutorial.

i thank you in advance!
