Alternative to double saddle rail Breezer adapter?
Hi, I once got a Breezer adapter which allowed me to mount a double-rail Brooks saddle using a single bolt seatpost, but now they are totally unavailable across the web. I'm looking for alternative solutions and hoping some of you out there already have some. Please share your DIY double-rail adapters. Thanks!

I have one on my errand bike. So simple yet so effective.
One could easily make one if they had time and some tools, a mill would make this far easier than hand files. I suppose one could try the current trend and 3D print one. IIRC the Brooks double rails are slightly thinner that the usual seat rails are.
I have ordered from SJS before (I run Shiftmates) and was pleased with their turnaround. Good for them to take this neat adaptor on and continue making it available. Andy

I had one 3D printed in glass-filled nylon by an online service, using this pattern I found online. It's worked pretty well for over a year now.
