Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Felt F2 2014 Fork

Hello everyone,

I have got hold of a Felt F2 2014 56 frame, I need to build it up so I was wondering if there was any advice on what fork to get as I am having a hard time with this part.

I went on a few sites which were useful as they stated its a tapered fork, 1" 1/8-1" 1/2 Carbon. I cannot post the sites as i have not posted enough.

I think the original was recalled and replaced by an easton fork: EC90 SL Taper but I am not 100%

I think its the specific one above. I have got hold of a:

1" 1/8-1" 1/2 Carbon Uncut fork which I think may work but I have no idea if its long enough as the site does not tell me so taking a chance.

Any F2 owners of a 56cm frame and above which can shed some light on their fork length below the crown to the bottom where the wheels go in?
Any and all advice would be great!

thanks in advance guys, my old bike is a Record Ace 531C from a lifetime ago!
